Bob Hampton started his career in banking in 1982. Throughout Bob’s banking career, he has worked in regulation, credit, and lending. Bob Hampton joined NBT in 2022 and currently serves as the Executive Vice President / Chief Credit Officer. He attended college at Tarleton State University, then transferred to Texas A&M University where he received his degree in Animal Science. Prior to NBT, Bob has 29 years as a Credit Officer for various financial institutions and spent 11 years as an examiner with the Texas Department of Banking.
