Ashley Wells started her career in banking in 2021. Throughout Ashley’s banking career, she has worked in commercial construction loans and small business administration loans. Ashley joined NBT in 2025 and currently serves as an AVP Loan Officer and Loan Admin Assistant at our Grapevine Loan Production Office. She graduated from Midwestern State University in 2021 with a Bachelor of Science.
