Donna Haisler started her career in banking in 1979. Throughout Donna’s banking career, she has worked in many areas of bank operations including new accounts, accounting, operations, and human resources. Donna joined NBT in 2023 and currently serves as the FVP Human Resources Manager. She attended college at the University of Texas at Arlington and received her degree in finance in 1985.
