Julian Castillo joined the NBT Financial team in 2023 as a First Vice President of Lending. Julian has a varied background in his 25+ years in the banking industry including management leadership, commercial and consumer lending, and retail banking. He is currently a member of the Fort Worth Hispanic Chamber of Commerce and has served in several committees during his involvement. Julian also volunteers at Child Care Associates in Fort Worth. Julian Castillo holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in International Business with a Spanish emphasis from The University of Texas at Arlington.
