Laurin Willingham started her career in banking in 1999. Throughout Laurin’s banking career, she has worked in operations/retail banking, as a teller, new accounts, and branch management. Laurin Willingham joined NBT in 2022 and currently serves as VP Fort Worth Branch Manager. She has attended Collin County Community College, Dale Carnegie, and Cohen Brown training to improve communication, interpersonal and professional skills.
