Randy McCauley has joined NBT Financial Bank in Fort Worth as an Advisory Director.  Randy has over forty-three years of community banking experience in senior positions in lending, compliance, loan review, risk management, and executive management including fifteen years as President and CEO of Providence Bank of Texas and most recently, four years at Great Plains National Bank. Randy has spearheaded multiple initiatives that have contributed to the economic and social growth of Northeast Tarrant County securing resources for organizations like Metroport Meals on Wheels, The Women’s Shelter, Northeast Leadership Forum, and The Shotwell Foundation. 

      He has also served two terms as a director on the Texas Bankers Association board, as well as various charitable and civic organizations. Randy is the Principal of Randall Consulting and is currently a director at Kunstrux, Inc. He holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Economics and Finance from Texas Wesleyan University and a Master of Science Degree in Finance with a Real Estate Concentration from Texas A&M University.
