Seth Colten started his banking career in 2022. Throughout his banking career, Seth has served as a Relationship Banker, Assistant Banking Center Manager, Employee Banking Advisor, NTX Market Processor, Retail Deposit Banker, and Business Development Officer. Seth joined NBT in 2026 and currently serves as Vice President / Branch Manager of the Grapevine location. He attended Tarrant County College and is actively involved in the community through his volunteer work with Pro Players Foundation Inc. His diverse banking experience and passion for customer relationships have prepared him for his leadership role at NBT.
